I am in no way conservative. I think Bush is a disgrace, and I cried 17 times the day he was put back into office. However, I have learned an important lesson since the election. It's to accept other people's political views. Sure, those views could be twisted, distorted and lack any basis in reality. But if I turn into a rabid political freak, I'll be just as bad as Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and god forbid, Ann Coulter.
Take for example, this little pearl of wisdom from Ann Coulter: "See, the idea of marriage is to get a man other than your own father to support you while you raise children."
I really wish I could say she was kidding. But she wasn't. There was no trace of irony, sarcasm or kidding.
Am I the only one who thinks this is psychotic? I doubt most conservatives take this loser seriously, but come on! Is this their idea of a poster child?
I suggest reading her Web site for more laughs. Now I have to go back to working.

it's odd that she said this, considering she's in her late 30s/early 40s and isn't married. not to mention extremely offensive to women who are stay at home moms, one of the most important jobs there is.
but you already know this. and coming from her, this isn't anything. i've heard her say some really fucking off the wall shit before.
